Newsletter
The website shall provide a subscription function for a newsletter.
The MARKUP newsletter is generated by Newsletter2Go and built into the page. Registration requires entering the subscriber’s email address through a registration form on the web site and acceptance of the data protection regulations. The user receives an email and confirms the registration by a click (double-opt-in option). Subsequently the newsletter is sent automatically every 2-3 months. All data will be erased if the user unsubscribes from the newsletter. The processing of the data is based on the consent as per article 6.1 (a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
