Institutions and Small Businesses Explore New Markets
20 executives from government institutions and SMEs, including the Investment Promotion Agency, OTB, COCOCA, and KALICO, received a certificate after completion of the 4-day training on trade promotion. From 8-11 November, they learned about how SMEs should conduct international prospecting for and take advantage of trade promotion events including virtual trade fairs. The training also gave the participants an opportunity to better understand how to conduct market surveys and negotiate with new buyers.
